BangBros is run by Aylo Premium Ltd, which its terms name as the site's controller, under licence from the trademark owner, and the money side runs on Aylo's billing: its terms name Aylo Billing, and the support address on its join page is a probiller.com mailbox. Knowing that makes cancelling simpler, because you can go through either the site or the billing side.

BangBros' terms of service, read on 16 September 2026, allow cancellation at any time by any of these methods:
- On support.bangbros.com — open the Cancel section, then log in.
- From the members' area — the Support link sits in the page footer.
- Through the support team — contact options are listed on support.bangbros.com.
- From your receipt — each transaction receipt includes a cancellation link.
If the password or the email address has gone, start from the receipt: search your inbox for the transaction email and use its link.

The support address given on the BangBros join page is [email protected], and the terms name Aylo Billing as the billing party. The terms, re-read on 5 October 2026, say Probiller, AyloBill, Vendo, Segpay, WTS or others may appear on a statement depending on where you are — not the BangBros name.
If all you have is that unfamiliar line, contact the billing side with the date and amount. Probiller can trace a subscription from the charge itself, which does not depend on remembering the login the membership was made with.
What cancelling does and does not do.
The terms are plain about it: subscribers are responsible for all charges incurred up to the date termination takes effect, and refunds or credits will not be issued for partially used memberships. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not refund days already paid for.
You can still ask — the terms say refunds for purchases or recurring charges may be requested by contacting customer support — but that is a request rather than an entitlement, and it has a deadline: within 120 days of the original transaction for a card payment, and within 90 days for gift cards or cryptocurrency, where a reversal is only possible if technically feasible. The terms also allow a nominal card-verification fee at signup, which they say is reversed or refunded automatically, so a small pending amount from the day you joined is not a second membership.
If the charges keep coming.
Memberships renew by default: the terms say subscription fees renew at or after the end of the term you chose unless notice of cancellation is received. A charge after you cancelled usually means either the cancellation did not register or there is more than one subscription.
Check the statement for a second line from the same biller before assuming the first cancellation failed, and keep the confirmation you were given. If a payment fails rather than being cancelled, the terms allow an administration fee of up to $2.00 to keep the subscription temporarily active — so cancelling properly is better than letting a card lapse.
