Brazzers publishes its cancellation routes in its own terms of service, and there are four of them. One starts from nothing more than the receipt email you were sent at signup. What the terms do not spell out is the timing problem that catches most people — the two-day trial — or why a charge can survive a cancellation that genuinely went through. Both are covered below, from the platform's own documents.
The four routes, as the terms state them.
Brazzers' terms of service, read on 16 September 2026, name four ways to cancel:
- The support site. Go to support.brazzers.com, open the Cancel section and choose Login.
- The members' area. Log in, scroll to the footer and choose Support.
- The support team. Use the contact options listed on support.brazzers.com.
- Your receipt. Every transaction receipt carries a cancellation link.
The receipt route is the one to reach for if you have lost track of which email address the membership sits under — search your inbox for the receipt rather than guessing at logins. The terms also say either side can end a subscription at any time by chat, telephone or online notice, so if one channel stalls, use another.
Cancel before day two ends.
The trial is where timing matters most. On 27 July 2026 the Brazzers join page priced its two-day trial at $1.00 a day and stated that two-day memberships rebill at $39.99 every 30 days until cancelled. That is more than the $32.99 a month the same page charged for an ordinary monthly plan.
So the deadline that matters is not the end of a month — it is roughly 48 hours after you joined. If you took the trial to look around and have decided against it, cancel now rather than on the last evening. The terms make subscribers responsible for all charges incurred up to the date a cancellation takes effect.
Why a charge can outlive a cancellation.
Brazzers bills through Probiller, the payment service of its parent company Aylo, and its terms name the billing party as Aylo Billing. Probiller's own FAQ takes on the question of why someone is still charged after cancelling: additional membership packages may have been selected at signup and never cancelled.
In practice, one cancellation can be completely successful and still leave a second, separate package running. Before concluding that the cancellation failed, count the Probiller lines on your statement. Two lines means two subscriptions, and each needs its own cancellation.
Finding the charge and getting help.
The charge will not say Brazzers. Probiller's consumer site confirms that a statement line reading "Probiller" or "Probiller.com" comes from a subscription of this kind. The Brazzers join page, read on 16 September 2026, lists [email protected] as a support address and names Vendo among its authorised payment processors, so a Vendo line is worth checking as well.
Keep the cancellation confirmation, whether it arrives on screen or by email. If a later charge appears, that confirmation is what support — or your card issuer — will ask for first.
What the terms say about refunds and fees.
Refunds are available on request only. The terms say refunds for purchases or recurring charges may be requested by contacting customer support, and that refunds or credits will not be issued for partially used memberships. Cancelling mid-term stops the next charge; it does not hand back the unused part of the current one.
Two smaller charges are written in as well. At signup, a nominal fee may be taken to verify your card, which the terms say is reversed or refunded automatically. And after a failed renewal payment, an administration fee of up to $2.00 may be applied to keep a subscription temporarily active — one more reason to cancel properly rather than simply letting a card expire.
