How to cancel Naughty America.
Naughty America sends billing and cancellations to Epoch and SegPay and says memberships recur until cancelled. How to find your charge and stop it, trial included.
Naughty America does not run its own billing. Its join page, read on 16 September 2026, tells members to visit Epoch and/or SegPay, its authorised payment processors, and states that all memberships will recur if not cancelled unless otherwise stated. The real job, then, is working out which of the two processors took your money.
Work out which processor billed you.
Your bank or card statement is the starting point. The line names the processor rather than Naughty America, so it will point to either Epoch or SegPay. Both run consumer lookup sites — epoch.com and cs.segpay.com — where you locate a subscription from the details of the charge and cancel it directly.
Note the date and exact amount before you begin. Those are what the lookup uses, and the amount also tells you which plan you are on, because Naughty America's plans are priced quite differently from one another.

Match the charge to a plan.
Because the amounts differ, the figure on your statement usually identifies what you signed up for. A $1.95 charge is the trial, and the charge that follows it is the membership it became. A $239.40 line is the annual NA Gold pass covering 11 sites, not the standard membership. Two different amounts in the same month may mean two memberships, each needing its own cancellation.
Cancel the trial inside three days.
The trial costs $1.95 for three days of limited access. The join page says memberships recur unless cancelled, and on 27 July 2026 we recorded the trial as converting to a recurring membership. If you are only trying the site, cancel with the processor before the three days run out rather than waiting for the first full charge.
The 12-month plan is the other one to watch. At $119.40 in one payment it is the cheapest way to stay a year, but it is still a membership that recurs unless cancelled — so twelve months on, it bills again.

Alongside Epoch and SegPay, the join page names Digital Experience Corporation as an authorised payment agent and KALOSTA LTD, of Nicosia, Cyprus, as an approved processing agent. You are unlikely to deal with either directly, but if one of those names is attached to a charge you cannot place, check whether it relates to a Naughty America membership.
Once you have cancelled, keep the processor's confirmation. If a later charge appears, it settles the question quickly.
