How to cancel Reality Kings.
Reality Kings can be cancelled through its support site, the members' area, support staff, a receipt link, or Probiller directly. Each route, and why a charge can carry on.
A Reality Kings membership has two sides: the site, and Probiller, the billing service that actually takes the payment. You can cancel through either. The site's terms of service list its own routes, and Probiller's customer care is staffed Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm Eastern. This page covers both, plus the one thing that most often makes a cancellation look as though it failed.
Cancelling through Reality Kings.
The terms of service, read on 16 September 2026, give four methods. You can open support.realitykings.com, go to its Cancel section and log in; log in to the members' area and follow the Support link in the footer; reach the support team through the contact options on support.realitykings.com; or use the cancellation link included in your transaction receipt.
The terms add that either side may end a subscription at any time by chat, telephone or online notice. If the members' area will not accept your login, the receipt link or a message to support gets you to the same place.
Cancelling through Probiller instead.
Reality Kings' checkout runs on Probiller, and Probiller is the name on your statement. Probiller's consumer site offers support by phone, chat or email, Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm Eastern (its hours as published on 5 October 2026), able to trace a subscription from the charge and stop it — without you needing to remember which login it was created under. The Reality Kings join page, read on 16 September 2026, also lists [email protected] as a support address.
This is the practical choice when the charge is all you have: an unfamiliar Probiller line on a card statement and no idea which email address the membership belongs to.
When the charge carries on.
Probiller's FAQ addresses this directly. If you are still being charged after cancelling, additional membership packages may have been selected at signup and not cancelled — and each of those is a subscription in its own right.
So count the lines. One Probiller charge after a cancellation you have confirmation of is worth raising with support. Two lines generally means two subscriptions, and the second needs its own cancellation. The join page also names Vendo as an authorised payment processor, so check for a Vendo line too.
Refunds and the final bill.
Cancelling ends future renewals but does not wind back the current term. The terms make subscribers responsible for all charges incurred up to the date a cancellation takes effect, and state that refunds or credits will not be issued for partially used memberships. A refund for a purchase or recurring charge can still be requested through customer support; the terms allow the request, not a guaranteed outcome.
Whichever route you use, save the confirmation. If a charge appears after the cancellation date, it is what Probiller or your card provider will want to see.
