A ManyVids review from its help centre and terms: when bought vids can vanish, the three things that rebill, Premium prices, refunds and the MVBILLING.COM charge.

ManyVids feels like a shop: you pick a creator's vid, pay once, and it appears in your purchase history. Its own terms are more conditional than that feeling. A creator can switch a vid to stream-only at any time; if a creator is banned, their content stops being available even to members who already paid for it, with no reimbursement; and deleting your account forfeits every past purchase. None of this makes ManyVids a bad place to buy, but it turns one habit into a requirement: download the original file on the day you buy it.

Three ways a purchase can stop being yours.

The terms and help centre attach three conditions to anything you buy, and none of them is in your hands once you have paid:

The download setting. A vid marked Stream Only cannot be downloaded — the note sits beside the resolution on the vid page — and the help centre says creators can switch a vid between stream-only and downloadable at any time.
The creator's standing. If a creator is banned, for any reason, their content ceases to be available both for sale and to members who have already bought it. ManyVids states it will not reimburse, and the terms say members alone carry that risk for content reachable only through the platform.
Your own account. Deactivating is reversible by logging back in. Deleting is irreversible and, in the help centre's words, means full loss of access to all previous purchases.

The defence is the same in each case. Before paying, open the vid page, which lists resolution, file type, runtime and whether the vid can be downloaded. After paying, take the original file rather than the compressed one and store it somewhere you control. If you want to leave, deactivate rather than delete until everything you value is saved — bearing in mind that deactivated accounts are kept for analytical and legal purposes, and full removal from ManyVids' servers needs a specific request to support.

One-off vids, and the three things that renew.

Buying a single vid is a one-off transaction. The help centre names three products that renew automatically at the frequency you first bought them on — its list is explicitly "not limited to" these — and checkout tells you when a purchase is recurring:

Clubs — a creator's private subscriber feed, with monthly plans the creator prices between $1.99 and $29.99.
Vid Bundles — a subscription to some or all of one creator's vids, sold in 1-, 3-, 6- or 12-month periods at $39.99 to $999.99 per period. Bundle vids can be streamed or downloaded, but access lasts only while the subscription is active, so download anything you want to keep before it ends.
Premium — ManyVids' own membership, covered in the next section.

Club trials need the closest watching. A creator can sell one from $1.99; it gives 24 hours of access and then renews automatically as a full one-month subscription. Diarise the 24-hour mark when you join.

The off switch depends on the product. For Clubs and Vid Bundles: Purchase History, the three dots beside the original purchase, then Turn Off Rebill — the help centre stresses that it must be the original. For Premium: Settings, My Billing Options, untick the auto-renew box and save. The terms also accept cancellation through [email protected]. Only purchases made through RocketGate, the card processor, can rebill at all.

Premium: twelve monthly payments cost three times the annual plan.

Premium is optional, since joining ManyVids is free. It adds unlimited messaging and image sharing with creators, access to blocked previews, a profile badge and the Premium Content Library, which the landing page advertises as instant access to more than 1,200 vids with new ones monthly. Nothing in the perk list covers the store: vids, Clubs and bundles are still paid for separately, at their creators' prices.

The help centre lists three terms, each renewing automatically:

1 month: $29.99, rebilling monthly, with 100 bonus tokens.
3 months: one payment of $44.97 (presented as $14.99 a month), rebilling quarterly, with 200 bonus tokens.
12 months: one payment of $119.94 (presented as $9.99 a month), rebilling yearly, with 500 bonus tokens.

Kept for twelve months, the monthly plan costs $359.88 and the quarterly one $179.88, against $119.94 for the year paid upfront. The bonus tokens come with the first purchase only, never with rebills, and they are narrower than they sound: tokens can only tip creators during live shows, cannot be transferred, are non-refundable and expire two years after purchase.

How pricing works, and the $1.99 teaser problem.

Creators set their own prices inside platform limits: $1.99 to $999.99 for a vid, $1.99 to $29.99 a month for a Club plan, up to $9,999 for a custom vid, and no more than $1,000 for a tip or store item. Prices exclude tax, which the payment processor may add at checkout, and every transaction is in US dollars.

Since 2 October 2025, adult vids cannot be listed free; anything that was free was repriced automatically at $1.99. ManyVids' own pricing policy warned creators that free previews and teasers caught by the change could be bought by members expecting full content. A cheap vid therefore deserves a look at its runtime and description before you pay.

The landing page advertises bundles as a per-vid figure — "$0.39 / Vid" and similar — rather than as the period price. The charge you actually face is the period price, which starts at $39.99 and renews.

Discounts behave in two different ways. The terms say a subscription bought with a promo code or at a discounted price keeps rebilling at that price, and a creator's later price change does not touch existing subscribers. ManyVids' sitewide promotions work the other way: its 10% off new Club subscriptions covers the first period only, after which the subscription renews at full price, and its 13% Vid Bundle promotion excludes renewals. Check which kind of discount you have before assuming it lasts.

Refunds come back as wallet credit.

All sales are final. The no-refund policy allows two exceptions, raised within 90 days of purchase: a custom vid or shippable item the seller fails to deliver, and a downloaded vid that is broken or corrupt and is not replaced by the creator. In both cases the remedy is credit to your MV Wallet rather than money back on your card, and for a broken file the credit may be of equal or lesser value. A card refund happens only where the law requires one, and goes to the original payment method, or to the wallet if that method cannot take refunds. ManyVids gives no refunds on store items; disputes go to the seller first.

Custom vids need particular care. Unless you chose faster delivery, a custom is due within 30 days, and support will not mediate before the due date. Exclusivity, where a creator offers it, is a paid extra; without it, the creator may also put your custom vid on sale to other members. Creators can also cancel a pending custom order themselves, in which case you receive an email.

Before any chargeback, the terms ask you to go to ManyVids support first, and repeated chargebacks can lead to suspension — a heavy cost when your purchases live inside the account. Except where the law prohibits it, disputes go to binding individual arbitration with a class-action waiver unless you opt out in writing within 30 days of registering; ManyVids pays the arbitration fees on claims under $10,000 unless the arbitrator finds them frivolous. Quebec law governs the terms.

MVBILLING.COM, and the clause about your other cards.

Charges appear on card statements as MVBILLING.COM. The billing page names MV Productions Inc. in Newark, Delaware and MV Productions EU Ltd. in Nicosia, Cyprus; the terms name the platform's operator as MVVERSE Inc. of Montreal. Cards are processed by RocketGate, and a card used at checkout is stored for 1-click payment on later purchases.

One clause deserves attention. If a rebill fails three times on the payment method on file, the terms allow ManyVids to try any other card you have previously used successfully on the platform. An expired or cancelled card is therefore not a dependable way to end a Club, bundle or Premium membership. Turn off the rebill itself, and remove stored cards: click the (x) next to the saved payment method, or ask support to have RocketGate delete your details, which the help centre says takes one to two business days.

Other payment routes: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diners Club; Bitcoin and more than 50 other cryptocurrencies, through a processor invoice that must be paid within 20 minutes; EPS in Austria and iDEAL | Wero in the Netherlands; and the MV Wallet, which opens 30 days after your first card purchase and can only pay for a cart it covers in full. If a purchase shows twice on your statement but once in your purchase history, the help centre says the first was most likely a failed authorisation, with the funds returned to your card within 7 to 10 business days.

Who it suits, and the verdict.

ManyVids is a large marketplace — its landing page cites more than 210,000 creators across adult and non-adult categories such as music, fitness, gaming and food — and individual creators may block your region from their profiles. In 27 US states and in countries including the UK, Australia, Brazil, France, Germany and Italy, members must verify their age with a document or webcam check before they can create an account.

If supporting creators matters to you, the route counts: creators receive 80% of Club, custom, tip and store-item sales, but 60% of vid and bundle sales.

Our verdict: a good place to buy specific creators' work, provided you treat the download as the purchase and the account copy as a convenience. The traps are recurring rather than per-item — Club trials that become full months after a day, bundles marketed per vid but billed per period, monthly Premium at three times the annual cost, and a failed-rebill clause that reaches for your other cards. Switch off what you do not want, and remove cards you no longer use.

Worth it if

You want particular creators' vids and will download each one on the day you buy it.
You prefer paying per vid to holding a studio subscription, and you check the runtime and the Stream Only note before buying.
You want more of your money to reach creators: Clubs, customs and tips pass on 80%.

Skip it if

You expect purchases to stay in your account indefinitely without downloading them. The terms do not promise that.
You would take a $1.99 Club trial and forget it. It renews as a full month after 24 hours.
You lose track of small renewals. Clubs, bundles and Premium each rebill on their own schedule.
