Two readings worth making. The ladder is genuinely graduated — $29.32 → $21.25 → $16.58 monthly-equivalent as commitment lengthens, without the fake list-price theatre most join pages run. And the non-recurring options cost roughly a dollar or two a month more than their recurring twins — which is, plainly priced, the cost of never having to remember to cancel. For a lot of buyers that is the best value on the form.

Which product is actually billing you.

Now the family caveat in full. Alongside the per-site memberships sits a broader network pass at a higher rate, and the sites' close naming means a reader can hold the pass while believing they hold a site, or cancel a site while the pass bills on. When a charge survives a cancellation here, the usual culprit is the network pass — the larger product, quietly continuing.

The statement does not help: the descriptor is a billing company's, shared across the family, so none of those closely-similar brand names ever reaches your bank. The amount is the only usable identifier. Match each recurring amount to a product — $29.32-shaped is the single membership; larger and recurring is the pass or a longer term; and note that one payment method can be attached to more than one site in the family, so two amounts can legitimately coexist.

Cancelling, and the entry terms.

Cancellation runs through the membership's billing provider — the name on your statement — with access to the end of the paid term. Name the product and the amount when you do it; the brand name alone will not identify the mandate in a family this interlinked. Erasure is a family-level request: sister sites frequently create separate records, so ask for every account associated with your email address rather than the one you remember.
