Every review of a VR subscription makes the same mistake: it reviews the subscription. The subscription is the small number — the headset is the purchase, and the content is unusable without it. But once you are past that, this is one of the better-documented services in this guide, and its own published terms answer questions most sites leave vague. They also contradict its own marketing on one important point, which we are going to show you rather than quietly resolve.

The headset is the purchase. The subscription is an accessory..

Start here, because it reframes everything else. A VR membership is a modest recurring charge attached to a hardware requirement that dwarfs it. Anyone deciding whether this is "worth it" while thinking only about the monthly figure is answering a question that does not matter.

The honest sequence is the reverse of how people usually do it. Decide whether you want a headset for its own sake first. If you already own one and use it, a VR subscription is an inexpensive addition to a device you have already paid for and the value proposition is genuinely strong. If you would be buying hardware specifically for this, you are making a large purchase justified by a small one, and the thing to evaluate is the headset — including whether you will still be using it in six months, which is where a great many headsets fail.

Check compatibility before anything else, and check your exact model rather than the brand. The service publishes named support for the current Meta Quest generation, Apple Vision Pro, several Pico models and Samsung's headset, plus PC-tethered headsets including Valve's, HTC's and Pimax's. Playback runs through the operator's own applications, with a browser-based route as an alternative — which matters, because a browser path is a useful hedge against an app being unavailable on a given platform.

Downloads: the cap, and the contradiction we are not going to resolve for you.

This is the most important practical section, and it contains something unusual — the service says two different things about the same entitlement, in its own words, in two different places.

The help centre states: all video subscription plans grant unlimited streaming of the full library, and you can download 35 videos in a rolling 7-day period. The window is genuinely rolling rather than resetting on a fixed date — allowance becomes available again gradually as your earlier downloads age out of the 7-day window. Hitting the cap does not stop you streaming.

The subscription marketing page states: 150 video downloads per month.

Those are not the same number, and both are the operator's own text. We are flagging it rather than picking the one that reads better, because you should know the discrepancy exists before you buy on the strength of either. If your use case depends on download volume, ask support to confirm the current allowance in writing before subscribing — and if you are relying on the higher figure, note that the more specific and more operationally detailed of the two is the lower one.

A genuinely good structural point, though: all video plans grant the same access. The tiers differ by term and price, not by what they let you do. That is unusually honest — it removes the standard trick of putting the feature you actually need behind the expensive tier, and it means choosing a plan is purely a question of how long you want to commit.

What the tiers actually are, and what "Lifetime" does not say.

The structure is three product types — video, scripts for compatible devices, and a bundle of both — each offered on monthly, annual and lifetime terms. Observed on the subscription page on 17 August 2026, the video tiers were priced at $26.99 a month against a struck-through $34.99, $107.88 billed annually and presented as $8.99 a month, and $299.99 as a one-time lifetime payment against a struck-through $1,399.99.

Treat those as observed on that date rather than as list prices. The struck-through figures indicate promotional pricing, and there is a credible suggestion that what you are shown varies by how you arrive at the site. The annual and lifetime figures are the ones to sanity-check yourself, because they are the commitments.

On the lifetime tier specifically, a caution that applies to every "lifetime" offer in every market: we could not find any stated end-condition — nothing defining whose lifetime, what happens if the service is sold or discontinued, or what obligation survives. That is not an allegation of bad faith; it is the normal state of such offers. But it means a lifetime purchase here is a bet on the operator's continued existence at a price around eleven times the monthly rate, which is roughly a year of the annual plan. Judge it as that bet rather than as an infinite subscription.

Without any subscription your access is limited to three trailers, so there is effectively no free tier to evaluate from — another reason to be sure about the hardware before you commit.

What you keep — the distinction that matters most here.

Be careful with this one, because the service makes a strong promise about one thing and is silent about a very similar-sounding other thing.

What is promised: individually purchased videos and scripts are permanently tied to your account, and — the genuinely valuable part — the service states that if you purchase a scene and it is later removed from the platform, it remains available to you. That is a real guarantee of a kind almost nothing else in this guide offers, and it makes individual purchases a materially stronger proposition than they look.

What is not stated: whether videos downloaded under a subscription continue to play after that subscription lapses. We looked for a statement on this and could not find one. Do not assume they do. It is entirely normal for subscription downloads to be tied to an active membership even where individual purchases are not, and the absence of a promise is not the same as a promise.

So if there is material you want to keep permanently, the safe route is to buy those titles individually rather than relying on subscription downloads — the guarantee attaches to purchases, and it is explicit.

Cancelling: the 48-hour rule and the 30-minute check.

The published cancellation guidance here is more specific than almost anything else in this guide, and following it exactly will save you a month.

Cancellation is in your own account, under My Account, and requires confirming through a continue-cancellation step — an extra click that is precisely where people assume they are done and are not. Access then continues to the end of the period you paid for.

The critical detail: the rebill is scheduled one day before your access expires, and the service advises cancelling at least 48 hours before your renewal date. Read that together and the implication is stark — the renewal charge lands before the date you probably have in your head as the end of your subscription. Anyone planning to cancel "on the last day" will be cancelling after they have already been charged again. Diarise 48 hours early, not the renewal date.

And the verification step, which is unusually good practice and worth copying elsewhere: if you do not receive a cancellation confirmation within 30 minutes, raise a support ticket. Do not assume it worked.

On refunds, the position is firm: the service states it cannot refund subscriptions rebilled because they were not cancelled, its terms limit refunds to a provable problem with the content, and — worth knowing for European buyers specifically — the terms have you expressly waive any distance-selling cooling-off period. That waiver is exactly why the 48-hour rule matters: there is no statutory second chance behind it.

Who bills you, and the second wallet.

The service is operated by a Slovenian company and does not process payments itself — it routes through a set of named third-party processors covering cards, alternative methods and crypto. Which one handled your signup determines which desk can help with a billing problem, so your receipt or statement is the authority. Helpfully, the operator states that the descriptor is derived from its company name and carries no adult terminology whatsoever, which is a genuine discretion benefit and a rare thing to see stated openly.

One thing your subscription does not cover: the platform runs a live VR cam section on a separate token currency, priced per token and bought separately. A premium subscription buys nothing there. This is the same two-wallet structure documented on our tube-site pages, and it produces the same confusion — a statement can legitimately carry a subscription and a token purchase at once without either being a duplicate.

The verdict.

Once the hardware question is settled, this is one of the stronger propositions in the guide, and for reasons that are documented rather than asserted: every plan grants the same access, individual purchases survive removal from the catalogue, the descriptor is discreet by design, and the cancellation guidance is specific enough to actually follow.

The reservations are a download allowance the operator states two different ways, a lifetime tier with no defined end-condition, no statement that subscription downloads survive cancellation, a waived cooling-off right, and a separate token wallet for the cam section. None of those is disqualifying. All of them are worth knowing before you pay rather than after.
